Identify assessment strategies and develop a rubric to measure performance objectives for the training need identified in your organization. 
Your APA formatted paper should be between 600-800 words.  Refer to the grading rubric in Course Materials.  A sample rubric is at the end of this document.  
This assignment is a continuation of the assignment from last week.  The content should build on information presented last week.  Content from the previous week does not count towards the word count for this paper.  Your developed rubric and assessment strategies should correlate with one goal and the corresponding performance objectives to that goal.  Include the rubric as an appendix item and remember to explain and reference the rubric in your paper.  The rubric (that you include in the appendix) is in addition to the 600-800 word APA paper.
